The Troy Art Block had an arts themed alley fair, which doubled as a Rare Form Celebration. Art was sponsored by the Arts Center for the Capitol Region, and performers include : Bindlestiff Family Cirkus, Architrave, Pony in the Pancake, Nathan Meltz and the House of Tomorrow, Rabid Children and The Abyssmals.
