Some damp and windy weather couldn’t hurt the good vibes at River Fest yesterday. Vendors galore, great food, and music from Kristian Montgomery, Doc Horton and the Jay Street Band, the Chris Busone Band, and the Peak Music Allstars made for a terrific afternoon.
