Buckingham Nicks
On a billboard near Sound City Studios in Los Angeles, an image shown of the album Buckingham Nicks, the album of Fleetwood Mac’s Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks put out before they joined Fleetwood. The band is celebrating their fiftieth anniversary soon, and this album may be reissued. For those hoping for a reunion or redo with the two musicians, it is unlikely, given complications from Buckingham’s heart surgery and the acrimonious relationship between Buckingham and Nicks. According to Nicks, “The only time I’ve spoken to Lindsey was there, for about three minutes,” she said. “I dealt with Lindsey for as long as I could. You could not say that I did not give him more than 300 million chances.”
Tool
Honolulu will host Tool on December 19th for their first show in Hawaii in fifteen years. The concert will be held at the Blaisdell Arena, which they last played on January 14th, 2011. Tool has also announced show dates, on December 11th at Yokohama and Kobe on December 13th.
General ticket sales start today. These three gigs are Tool’s only remaining in 2025.
Def Leppard
What’s in a Las Vegas residency? Def Leppard, for 12 shows in February. The residency will be at the Colosseum for the following dates: 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 24th, 26th, and 28th.
“Las Vegas has always been such a main attraction for Def Leppard,” stated lead singer Joe Elliott. “There’s no place on Earth where you can have the likes of Adele, U2 and The Eagles all playing sold out shows on the same night!”
He added, “We’re really looking forward to coming back for our third Vegas residency and to do a run at the iconic Colosseum at Caesars Palace is such an honor given the giants that have blessed that stage!”
