Caffe Lena – Week at a Glance

Greetings – As a newsletter reader you have the advantage of being the first to know when a new show goes on sale (there’s always a list of new shows at the bottom of this week’s highlights), and you get a heads up when something is about to sell out–and that’s most of the shows coming up in the next few days. Act now! 🙂

On a totally different note, if you’ve visited us in the past few weeks, you’ve been alerted: our elevator is out of service. Unfortunately, it’s still out and we don’t yet know when it will be up and running again. A power surge during an outage earlier this month damaged multiple circuit boards. Replacement parts are on order, but until they arrive and each one in the system can be tested, we won’t know the full extent of the damage or how long repairs will take.

While I may not fully understand circuit boards (at all), I do completely understand accessibility and it’s a real heartbreaker that this equipment failure is keeping some of you away. We’re confident that everyone responsible is on top of the situation, truly cares, and is moving things along as quickly as they can.

In the meantime, if there’s anything the Caffe crew can do to help you navigate the stairs-—whether that means carrying your belongings, offering a steady arm, letting you in early before the crowd arrives, or anything else—-please don’t hesitate to reach out.
