AMSTERDAM, N.Y., August 30, 2025 – On Saturday evening, Riverlink Park transformed into a time capsule of arena rock glory as Legacy took the stage, delivering its signature mix of Journey and Foreigner classics. With the Mohawk River glistening behind them and the summer air alive with anticipation, fans filled the waterfront space, eager to relive some of rock’s most enduring anthems.
From the very first song, the crowd was on its feet—dancing, swirling, and singing in unison to the soundtrack of their memories. The magic of the night was amplified by frontman Joe Schepis, whose powerful vocals carried the same soaring intensity that made Steve Perry a legend. Each note rang out with conviction, bringing cheers and applause that echoed across the park.
Legacy’s chemistry was undeniable. Brian Egan’s crisp percussion set the heartbeat of the night, while Bill Mazzoli’s bass grooves grounded each song with rhythmic strength. Reg Kafouris layered in lush keyboard melodies that gave the classics their familiar shine, and Chris DeLuke’s guitar work provided both grit and fire, weaving effortlessly between driving riffs and soulful solos.
The performance was more than just a concert—it was a shared experience. Couples danced along the riverwalk, families sang together, and longtime fans closed their eyes to savor the nostalgia. By the final encore, Riverlink Park felt less like a venue and more like a community celebration, united by music that refuses to fade with time.
