Being the family person Susie is, she has incorporated family members names in all of her establishments. McAddy’s is derived from the Gaelic McAdam-son of Adam. Susies brother is Adam and her nephew, (who she calls Addy Patty) is also an Adam so McAddy’s Pub it is!
