BLS Bucket List 

Seeing Black Label Society, more so Zakk Wylde, has been on my bucket list for decades.  On 11/5/2021 I checked that box when I saw them at Empire Live in Albany NY.  I have to admit, I had the realization I had seen him play with Ozzy Osborne at Ozzfest in England in the early 2000’s.  But I was so out of my mind I have one brief image of that show in my memory bank, so it doesn’t count.  At Friday night’s show, I had moments of crying tears of bliss and joy.   I was surprised that the audience wasn’t more head-bangy cuz I sure as hell was!  It wasn’t until the last few songs that the mosh pit got going.  But I could be wrong, as I’m short and have a hard time seeing most of anything at shows.  Speaking of which,  if you’re on the taller side at a show and there’s room to not stand directly in front of a short person we all would be very appreciative.  I’m overjoyed that I had the opportunity to see BLS, and will strive to see all shows going forward.  ~Melody Lemony~
