It’s amazing that KANSAS is still going after 50 years and they have no plans to quit ever! I’m not just assuming this when I recently interviewed Rich Williams (Guitar) that’s what he told me. For the FULL INTERVIEW CLICK HERE!
First of all The Palace Theatre was the perfect venue for Kansas’s 50th Anniversary Tour, not just visually but the way the bass rattles the building always makes me think that one of those cherubs will eventually come falling from the ceiling. Ronnie Platt is a terrific front man, he was all over the stage and he really brought the energy to the performance. Joe Deninzon of (Stratospheerius) was the absolute solid choice for violinist/fiddler for Kansas, when he hit those high notes it sent chills through bones.
Another Fork in the Road Tour was definitely a highlight of the season so far, especially for all of us that went to Albany’s Tulip Fest earlier in the day. What a way to cap off the night. Too bad ESPN’s Rebecca Lobo wasn’t in town this weekend! lol
You know me, I could go on and on about everything you should’ve been there to witness. Of course Kansas played the big hits but they also dove deep into their catalog. It was a full house at The Palace (Saturday Night) and I highly suggest catching this tour if Kansas swings into your town. I also recommend you pay attention to The Palace Theatre’s schedule because they always bring in the highest quality tours.
