Tori Amos
Tori Amos will be releasing a new album and chasing it with a UK and European tour. The album, called “In Times of Dragons” is described in a press release: “presenting a powerful journey of resilience and awakening where the pursuit of freedom meets forces that seek to control and silence.” Amos added the following statement: “In Times of Dragons is a metaphorical story about the fight for Democracy over Tyranny, reflecting the current abhorrent non accidental burning down of democracy in real time by the ‘Dictator believing Lizard Demons’ in their usurpation of America,”

Bob Mould
Something is in the air, and Husker Du’s Bob Mould is up to something. An Instagram account @sugarcopperblue appeared recently, ans has grown quietly to include Mould and all three members of Sugar. Sugar was around from February 1992 to January 1995. They made a splash with their debut album, Copper Blue, and followed it up with a mini LP called “The Beaster” and after that their second album File Under Easy Listening. They split up four months later.
We’ll have to keep an eye on what happens here. Copper Blue is being reissued as a box of 7″ singles for Record Store Day Black Friday.
