  TROY, NY — Community leaders, arts advocates, and supporters will gather to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of the Capital Region Music Hub, a new space located at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall dedicated to supporting music education, artist collaboration, live performance, and creative entrepreneurship throughout the Capital Region.
