Caffe Lena – Week at a Glance

Greetings – If you feel like you just blasted out of the starting gates for that mad dash to the end of the year, know that you can always get refueled and re-centered at Caffe Lena. With Friday, Saturday and Sunday already sold out, this is a great opportunity for me to remind you about the delightful things that happen here outside of prime time (all sustained by our members and Annual Fund Donors!). We host gatherings for a variety of creative cohorts that pursue art for the sheer pleasure of self-expression, curiousity, and sharing a passion with others. Many of these programs–Poetry Open Mic, Storytelling Open Mic, Playwrights Jam, Bluegrass Jam, Monday Open Mic–cost zero to $5, enabling people of all ages and walks of life to enjoy an evening at the Caffe. Performers and listeners are equally welcome. Who knows? It might be exactly the breather you need.
