Eastbound Jesus and Guthrie/Bell Productions are excited to present another year of the Eastbound Throwdown, taking place September 11th and 12th in Salem, NY at the Irwin Family Farm. The Throwdown is headlined by host band Eastbound Jesus from Greenwich both nights, and features a lineup of both regional and touring bands in the country rock, bluegrass and folk genres. This will be the festival’s 11th year, and on average it welcomes approximately 1,000 attendees.
Tickets for the festival will go on sale this Friday, April 3rd at 12pm and are $100 for a weekend pass that includes two days of music and camping. A limited number of Saturday day passes will be available at a later date when the full lineup is announced.
The event prides itself on being a big party where all should feel welcome, and also a very family friendly event with a kid’s activities area down by the stage all weekend and a family camping area. Food and beverage vendors are on site, along with an assortment of talented local craft vendors ranging from tie dyed clothing to jewelry makers.
