Corey Taylor
Corey Taylor, frontman of Slipknot celebrated his 50th birthday by announcing a 2024 North American solo tour. They will be accompanied by supporting acts Des Rocs and Jigsaw Youth. The tour will launch in February 3rd in Toronto, and conclude in Omaha, Nebraska on March 3rd. Along the way people in Montreal, New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta will have a chance to see Taylor.
Ticket presales (artist) started today at 11 p.m. ET (use the code CMF2) and Ticketmaster pre-sales begin tomorrow at 10 a.m.
Taylor had this to say: “The first US tour was such a massive success that we had to raise the stakes on this next leg. We’re so stoked to be going out with Des Rocs and Jigsaw Youth, and ready to turn sh*t up a f*cking notch. Get ready for a good f*cking time.”

Lacuna Coil
Italian rock group Lacuna Coil has announced a May 2024 U.S. tour starting in Wilmington, Delaware and ending in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Pre-sale for the tour is scheduled for Friday, December 15th at 10 a.m. local time. The band will be joined by the bands New Year’s Day and Oceans of Slumber.
In July, Lacuna Coil released a video for their single, Never Dawn,” a song that explores the depths of the human spirit.
The last time LACUNA COIL played together was at the group’s special September 2020 livestream event where the bandmembers performed their latest album, “Black Anima”, in its entirety with no audience in attendance at the Alcatraz Club in Milan, Italy.

LCD Soundsystem
At the final night of LCD Soundsystem New York City run, they paid tribute to Shane MacGowan and covered The Pogues’ “Fairytale of New York.” The 2024 Tri-Boro Tour was an all-New York City tour where they played twelve shows on three different NYC venues. Shane MacGowan died on November 30th. “Fairytale in New York” was sung by drummer Pat Mahoney with Nancy Whang on piano.
The Knockdown Center shows had an opening act (Nation of Language) and an afterparty that everyone in attendance was encouraged to attend.
