Week Fourteen: Jesse Sample’s Freak of the Week “The Menu”

This is Jesse Sample. One of my favorite things to do is go out to dinner. I like to show a touch early and have a couple drinks at the bar. It’s nice when you’re with others but it’s also nice if it’s just you.

The appetizer is a time to take chances. Going with what you know is nice sometimes, but finding something new that is far outside your normal set can be refreshing and invigorating. Say yes to weird.

The entree is really where we are called on to make the decisions that will affect us for a while. You better love that sauce because you’re with it for a while.

And then there is dessert. Always get dessert.
