Red Rocks. You’ve heard of it if you come to this website, I’m sure of it. It is not only a hot spot to hear music, it’s a stone amphitheater. And not only is it a stone amphitheater, it’s an outpost in thw wilderness. So it’s a park in California; remember that, it’s important.
The acts? Big Sean and Sabrina Claudio. The show? Into the W!ld Tour 2025. What seemed like a pretty good show at the iconic venue turned into something quite different when the bears showed up.
Two bears got in line for the show. Two damn bears came out of the woods and made their way slowly to the end of the line to get in. They were actually super chill, even playing around with each other. So I think we can make only one conclusion: they were out in the woods smoking up; the time honored “pre-game.”
Have you been to Thanksgiving in the last decade or so? You know the cousin Jane, Uncle Frank and Johnny who’s in the cool now that he’s eighteen (twenty-one in the State of New York) and everybody excuses themselves for the “pre-dinner walk.” Yup, the pre-dinner walk. And isn’t that just what the bears were doing.
You know they were blazed because they actually waited at the end of the line. They’re freaking bears! They could’ve eaten their way to the front of the line and satisfied both their need for sweet music and munchies at the same time.
An employee at Red Rocks, Jon Amundson, said that it was no big, given the amount of parks and trails around Red Rocks. He could have recommended not to feed the bears sour cream and onion chips and store brand pretzels, mainly because both of those convenience store staples are ass.
