Week Forty-Nine: Jesse Sample’s Freak of The Week “Poison Apple”
By Staff on December 3, 2025
Jesse Sample’s Freak of The Week airs EVERY WEDNESDAY at 6pm Eastern ONLY on RadioRadioX.com
This is Jesse Sample. Have you made someone out to be something and been shocked when confronted with overwhelming data to the contrary? You created this world where this person was the perfect piece to fit in the puzzle of your perfect world. When you create that unified perfect situation, you’re rarely willing to part with it. Often, we do everything we can to protect it. But there usually comes a point where we can’t reconcile the picture anymore.
If we have the where with all to examine the relationship post illusion, we might observe that the person blatantly scattered breadcrumbs and clues to who they were the whole time. So where does that leave us? Were we clueless or was it that we needed something internally so bad that we’d contort the world around us for a feeling like being complete.
People pursue insane relationships for that feeling. People pick their friends, lovers and associates to serve needs that they might not even be aware of. And there comes a moment of reckoning. These people don’t play by your rules and, by the way, they’re not always the bad guy. Maybe you’re somebody else’s false bill of goods. Do you feel bad? Of course not.
Thanks to all of you tuned into RadioRadioX. This is the Freak of the week, “Poison Apple.”
