The 3 Day Tugboat Roundup festival is approaching fast, September 9th, 10th and 11th. It all starts with the tug parade on the Hudson River that starts at approximately 3:30pm in Albany and will eventually make it’s way to Waterford. There will be tugboat tours, boat rides, tug talks, competitions, fireworks, children’s activities, vendors, food, and a whole lot more.
